I need my phone back

So my phone is not receiving or making any texts, calls, or notifications. I wiped it back to factory settings, called Virgin Mobile they said their network was fine and that my bill and everything was paid up and i should be able to make calls and stuff. They referred me to a cellphone shop they told me to upgrade my os, i did that and ended up in a reboot loop. so i re-wiped my phone and went to the previous os. I'm out of the reboot but cant send or receive nothing and i need this phone back bad.
