I haven't got an Instant Messaging folder!? Help?

I've got a blackberry 8520 and it was second hand bought so I reset it all because it was just easier for me.

Anyway, I now don't have the Instant Messaging folder and I really want it back.
It's not hidden, I've already checked the 'show all' so I'm absolutely clueless on what's happening.

I would really appreciate the help.
