How do you change what application loads when you push the button on your bluetooth

I was wondering if there was a way I could set my blackberry to open Vlingo when I push the button to make a call on my bluetooth headset? I can't seem to find an option for this.

I know that if you push your convenience key on your BB that you have Vlingo assigned to when you have your bluetooth connected, it triggers Vlingo...not sure if that is what you're looking for or not though...
