How do I do a clean, complete install of my Blackberry/OS?

I want to wipe everything and install the latest OS. My Blackberry's been buggy the past few months, apps aren't properly installing, I just want to do this to fix everything, hopefully. I've backed everything up, I just want to know how to do a complete clean install of it! Pretty much restore it to factory settings.
