Talking how can i disable the content protetion on my 8520?

im a new user of Blackberry curve 8520, and off course i want to down load some items so i go and upload the black berry app world, but it ask me to disable my content protection on my phone and after an hour of searching i cant find the option where to disable it...... sorry for the trouble guys buy can someone please help me... thankz

Look in the Security Menus for Encryption. Content Protection was renamed to Encryption during a OS upgrade, I think when RIM released OS 5. My original 9630 came with OS 4.7 and the User Guide talks about Content Protection in the Security section. Searching the User Guide for my 9650, which originally came with OS 5.0, does not find any match for Content Protection.
