help needed to fix this

Guys what is this? How do I remove it? (The red alarm like thing)

Open your clock and turn off the alarm.

Its not an alarm! Its something else only! The alarm appears on the left side of the screen!

You have created an alarm item in your calendar. Click the alarm icon in that screenshot to open the alarm. Hit Menu>Delete.
