8530---Screen sometimes freezes or goes black while switching screens or app. Also while in a SMS if i exit it to do something else i cannot re-enter the thread. Anyone else experiencing this?

If you are using the 5.0 operating system (no idea if this is even available for your phone), this is a common problem. I think you can find a thread called something like, "Why can't RIM fix this SMS bug?" in the Hybrid/OS Discussion forum.

Upgrade to the latest OS and it will resolve this issue.
