Email comes through all at once
Hello,
Ive got 4 blackberry curve 8520's where the emails come through all at once but only once every few hours.
All devices are activated on a BES server (three different servers in three different locations).
Two of them I managed to fix by swapping the device and SIM card but the other two the problem still occurs (I also have one 8310 which has the same issue).
has anyone seen this before? Or know how to fix it? I cant seem to find any consistancy except for the device and the error (with the exception of the 8310). Yet when I replaced all 4 devices it only fixed 2 devices, which lead me to think its a BES issue? But then they are on different BES servers.
