E-mail icon disappeared after BlackBerry App World Update?

I updated BlackBerry App World on my 8530 and restarted the phone. When it came back on my e-mail icon had disappeared. How do I restore it?

Battery pull before all else. With the phone turned on remove the battery. Wait 60 seconds. Reinstall. Most times that will cure the minor gremlins.

Having an ISSUE with NOT finding my BBM icon... It has seemed to disappear, I have looked for it everywhere, I Did have it! & it says in my App World that there is a Upgrade from the 5 to the 6 for it! but I caint find it! & I also want to know IF? you can still use the BBM even tho there's a upgrade ? & Do you Have to Upgrade?

Upgrade is not required but for latest functions is a good idea.Try a battery pull for restoring the missing icon. A couple of posts back up the thread for instructions.
