Dust behind screen?

I'm considering the 8520 as my first BB, but am pretty anal about 'phones that collect dust behind the screen.

I've seen a posting on another forum from a user who states that his 8520 is suffering from dust behind the screen, and I know it used to be a problem with Blackberries...

Has anyone here got dust starting to build up?

Nothing under the screen that shouldn't be there... The real problem I have are all the fingerprints.

The 8300 series had dust issues. I got dust in my 8300 and 8310.
No dust on the 8520 and haven't heard anyone complain abt it either.

After 2 months of use I can say that I don't have the dust problem

The lens cover is glued directly to the outside case and edge of the screen itself. If there was no dust in it when it was manufactured no dust can get in there unless you take your phone apart. Just check it out at the store before you buy. The 83XX lens cover was put on differently but still had a dust shield. Most people that had dust issues were people that took the phone apart to replace the case and compromised the dust shield.

for me I don't know if its my imagination but i seems to get more fingerprints on this screen than on my iphone... but yea I'm MAD ANAL about the dust thing. unfortunately I have OCD and this will drive me insane!!!
