default email address

Ok, probably a VERY basic question, but I can't find anything about it in the help or options menus: how do you change your default email address?

options>>advanced options>>default services>>messaging/calandar can be set from the drop down boxes

Ok thank you, I think that worked... however, I already had my default address set that way, and yet my device was using a different address. But, I think it's working now.
