    Default can't check my voicemail

    i have the 8530 and whenever i call my voicemail it just plays my recording when people want to leave a message. i tried pressing # but nothing happened. helppp

    go into your voicemail setting and make sure that your phone number is in your settings.......you'll see the option for your phone number and your password....try that, then call your voicemail
