Default can someone explain this

ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

I've already done almost every thing that there should be in the tutorial on fixing your nuked bb so what does this photo means?

Hm.
Try this.

Pull out battery.
Insert Battery.
As soon as the phone's LED turns red, Hold down the Back Button.
Hold as long as you can without getting bored.
Wait.
Wait.
If it gets into safe mode, delete any recently downloaded apps.

If not.. Then try to wipe it with BBSAK and try again.

If memory serves, you've either skipped installing device software to your PC or are trying to use another carrier's OS version without removing the vendor file. I believe it may be the first one.
