Call Forwarding - Conditional
Hello there. Sorry for the rude entry onto this forum but for some reason as of yesterday I cannot make or recieve calls (data transmission and sms work fine) and get the message in the thread title followed by Authorization Failure. Vodafone told me to put ##21# into the dailing box but that did nothing. Nor did a reboot. Please, any advice would be extremely appreciated. Cheers.

I admit I have never seen this before. I would call Vodafone back and ask for BlackBerry Tech Support. Line rep most likely cant fix this one.
One thing you might try is to resend your service books.

If you go on your carriers website, in your account section there should be a way to resend them.
