    Default Calendar Issues

I am an IT Associate at an Insurance Agency and one of the producers is having trouble with his BB 8530.

When he goes into his appointments to view, edit or delete. He clicks on the appointment which does bring it up but then when you go to scroll down to view/edit the time the cursor disappears and the page pretty much hangs there. You can still hit the BB Button and the normal settings will come up ie: delete, save etc... and the only way to get out is either save it, delete it or hit the back button.

No other BB's are having issues.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks in advance

Battery pull to start. Does he have a ton of old appointments still on the calendar?

I am uncertain of that. I will find out. I am going to wipe the BB, reinstall the OS and reactivate it to the BES to see if this fixes the issue. I'll post the outcome tomorrow.

Try just a battery pull first. Then reload if that dosent clear it out.
