Browser icons suddenly overtaking other icons!

What's up, everyone? I got myself a Blackberry a while back and just today it starts acting rather strange. The icons for the Twitter, City ID, Daily Perks, and Buy Games and Themes have changed and they all share the Browser's globe icon! Also, they all give the same message when I click on them...

'A communication error has occurred the server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your service provider.'

The Browser itself still works just fine, but it's the other things I've mentioned that are the problem. I actually fixed the 'Buy Games and Themes' icon, just by downloading and reinstalling the app, but it's stil the same for the rest! I didn't know what else to do except create an account and make a thread hoping to get a response from somebody who might know something about this problem.

Maybe sounds stupid but have you tried to do a battery-pull? (Restarting the phone by pulling the battery out and put it back in)

If that doesn't help, download Blackberry Desktop Software to your PC or Mac and check for an update.

If that doesn't help either, try to redownload the apps like you did with the 'Buy Games and Themes' app.

I would also try a battery pull, that might fix it. If that doesn't work just try the other things that SpaceCow suggested.

I've tried the battery pull but there was no luck. I'll try the Blackberry Desktop Software suggestion and let you know what turns up.
