Hey Crackberry members,

I was wondering if you guys could help me, I ordered a SD Card not long ago and it came today but when I put it in my phone it gave me a error saying something across the lines of my media having errors and I should press yes to fix it, so I pressed yes and I pressed no on save clusters the first time, and it said error media card repair failed so I tried the same but saving clusters and it didn't make a difference.

Can anybody please HELP! I cannot afford to get a new one and I cannot return it. Any help? I've tried everything!

Are you sure it's a new SD card? It shouldn't have showed errors when it's so brand new. What you can do is reformat the SD card if you haven't started putting stuff in it.

Yes I'm sure its brand new, I think I've got it working it hasn't given me any errors since I've reformatted it yesterday, I'm going to try put my files back on it today, I'll get back to you soon

hey i just tried to put music on my phone and a window poped up saying 'There might be a problem with some files on this device or disc. This can happen if you remove the device ore disc before all files have been written to it.'

but i did not eject the blackberry from my computer or anything, this only happens when im trying to move something into the SD card from the Pc but if i save a picture from the internet or BBM onto my SD card it works fine, and now i have to reformat my SD card again from my blackberry because it says theres something wrong with the SD card, this is really getting ANNOYING! is there anyway past this? I dont want to download all the songs from the internet to my phone because there are alot and i like the album covers and the quality i get from the songs.

Unless i reformat it SD card again my blackberry will keep telling me theres errors on my memory card and my blackberry tries to fix it but then fails... HELP!!

here's a solution. format the memory card as ntfs (not fat32 as is needed). when u insert it into the BB it will format it back to fat32 for use. afterwards, when all of ur data is transferred from ur pc, do a safe removal and all shall be well

Oh okay I'll try this! One problem is that whenever I plug it into my pc from my blackberry it says I have to fix it and if I try fix it or just ignore it my blackberry will always end up saying my blackberry my SD card is error'ed and if I try repair it, it says repair failed... But I've got it working for now by using a SD card reader to put my music and pictures into from my pc so that's for your guys helpp!
