blackberry types random letters, won't turn on unless i reboot.

My blackberry's o key doesn't work and if I type other letters around it, it'll type o sometimes randomly. After I turn my phone off, it won't turn on unless I do a battery pull and it reboots. What's wrong?

Sounds like it might be liquid/moisture damaged.

Very weird because its taken 6 days but the o key started working again and the phone is functioning normally. I didn't even do anything...
