BlackBerry is not starting after rebooting.

So i just installed an app in the morning the app store said that it requires a reboot to install it so i just clicked the reboot button on the app store. After that the loading screen appeared and started to load then the blackberry screen appeared. Now this is where im having a problem my blackberry always get stuck on the "BlackBerry" screen. i tried to soft reboot and also hard reboot but having the same problem. What can i do now?

I would leave it for about 15 minutes. Sometimes it gets stuck on the blackberry screen for about 10 minutes and then pushes through. It happened to me a couple times on my bold 9700.

well nevermind e.e i updated all of its software from the PC xD its working fine now. but thanks for the information c: <3

and this place is better then the official forum of blackberry. i also posted the same question on that forum but no reply -.-
