    Exclamation Blackberry 8560 MetroPCS Help!

    Help!!

    Before I call Metro and have a chat with their technical support people, I'd like to run this question by you all. I have my blackberry connected to my wifi and it has an ip in all but I noticed that it isn't using it. When I go on the browser its using the cellular data connection and not the wifi. The only time the phone will use the wifi is if I turn off the cellular connection. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? If I can't figure it out then I don't see any reason to turn on the wifi on the phone and that's pointless.

    Hello. I have the same model as you. Have you went through wi-fi setup (scan for network, save profile, etc.)? If you have taken these steps, you probably will need to call tech support.
