BlackBerry 8520 Headphone Problem/audio problem

Okay so my blackberry was working fine till recently when i try to use command prompt, and i dont hear the "say a command" through the speaker, but it works through the headphones alright, when i try to play music. I have to manual activate the headphones for the music to play, and when i remove the headphones the music does not stop(as if the headphones are still connected) but continues playing and not thing plays through the speakers. The speakers work fine when i manually activate it and when im on a call. Also when i try to call someone with the headphones connected i have to manually activate the headphones. This is a pain. Also i get an "uncaught exception" when i do a battery pull. I restored a backup the error message does not show but the problems still exist.
