Blackberry 8520 data problem

hi i have a blackberry 8520 and i cannot access any of my web applications (bbm, msn, Facebook etc), all these services were working recently but have stop, whenever i try to access them i get a message saying "data services are unavailable". First of all i contacted my service provider to clarify that my data service is active which it is, then i tried removing the battery. but still nothing worked. I removed the sim and then placed it into another blackberry and was able to access all the services, i really need help with this problem.

Brought it to my service provider and they had a look at it and solved it.

You can deactivate all the internet options and activate them.
