    Default BB 8520 won't get through black screen

    Hi everyone. A friend of mine has a bb 8520. She was trying to text something but she wasn't able, so she performed a soft reset. When that happened, when the phone was starting over, it got stuck in the 75 percent. So, I installed a new OS and everything was OK. The thing is that, when she was installing an app now, she rebootted and it got stuck again. What should I do? Is it a hardware thing?
