BB 8520 Software Problems!

Last night I decided to wipe my blackberry and it did it in about 20 minutes (I have done it before with no problems).

When I tried to re-add people on Blackberry messenger it was not working right, it said the adds were pending authorization and I asked the people via text if they received them but some said I was still on their BB Messenger and some said they did not get the invite.

Also, the set up email option is not available any more, when I go in to the set up the only option it gives me is the Blackberry Enterprise e-mail that I don't use.

I am also getting " Error 523 "

On the Blackberry desktop software it's say that updates are needed but does not let me do anything (please see attached print screen)

Any help would be appreciated
