After Wipe, No message services configured. Help
Hi Experts,
I am in a bit of a quandary. I wanted to update Bridge to the latest version and it won't let me, so I backed-up the Curve and did a security wipe.
now, I have the correct Bridge function, everything else is restored but, and it's a big but, I cannot use my enterprise e-mail service. The message says (as per title) "No message services configured. ". Then I follow the instructions and try to Activate the BB. I have the original activation password, but nada.
The error message is "An error occurred. The email address or password may be incorrect. Please contact your system administrator."
Any suggestion on how to resolve this?
The phone functions work.

you will need to contact whoever manages your BES server to get a new Enterprise Activation Password.
