Default 8520 running slow lately, any tips to increase speed?

So basically the last couple of weeks I've noticed my curve being realllllly slow I've even deleted a bunch of apps and reboot it every night but its still being slowish on me. Before I'd be able to go through my apps no problem but now there's a lot of lag. Any ideas on ways to make it faster?

How much email/messages do you keep in your phone?

I've seen BBs slow right down due to LOTS of emails :-)

How many apps do you have running in the background? Too many apps running in the background is usually the cause of the lag.

    Very true.

I have experienced slow down when there are loads of emails and messages. I have deleted lots of emails but its still slow when I'm navigating specially in messages. (I have around 2400 msgs which causing me a trouble I guess)

Take a back up off your phone first so that you can see those emails/msgs later on. Delete all emails, msgs and logs. You will get lot of free memory and it will be very smooth.
