3g browsing...

Hi,

I bought a new 8530, but 3g browsing doesn't working. ㅠㅠ

Appworld and anything else are working perfectly via 3g network.

How can I resolve this issue?

I called my carrier (Virgin Mobile USA) and they charged me additional $10/month for Blackberry Internet Services. Then, it works perfectly.

I thought that their data plan covers my internet access to web just like my previous android phone. But It was revealed that I needed additional fee for blackberry phones to use the services.

Well...10 bucks seems to be quite reasonable amount for me because Virgin USA has really cheap plan ($25/month = 300 air time + unlimited data and messages).

Well, I'm happy to hear that you got it figured out... just for the record, Blackberry data services are used over the BIS (blackberry Internet Service) and data is pressed using RIM's Network... it's faster and more secured than the regular data plan and you have a special BIS account registered with your PIN number ..
