    when i am using wifi to access internet , all browsers run fine but the problem starts when I use regular internet package such as Pay -as you-go or any regular sim based package, the built in browser won't open and gives error message, however I can run whatsapp, viber or third party browsers to access net using regular sim based internet package.

    That's because all legacy BBOS devices do not work on "regular internet packages".

    You need BIS.
