hidden dock on either top or bottom with 6 or 7 icons. (OS 6 icons preferably)

i do not want it to display the sms or messages list when scrollling over those icons

There are plenty of themes like that already made here on CB. If you look at my posts you will find a few, and if you search on this forum you will find plenty from other theme makers.
