Is this something you have done in PS, or an existing premium theme? Most theme devs will not clone someone else's theme, out of professionalism.
Also, that theme would be a fair amount of work to ask someone to do for you for free. You could contact the dev, if it's an existing theme, but yes, you'll have to pay for it. Or you can download the software, and try your hand at it. That would be the easiest free option.
That's Vince's ONYXia 4. There is a similar version available as a Premium theme called ONYXia 4.5 that works with the 85xx device. It's the same setup as that but the wallpapers are different and it has a few updates.
Also, if you can't spare the $2.50 or whatever it cost to purchase it then you'll just have to live with out it. Vince worked SUPER hard on that theme as well as the others to make them available for our device. Or just suck it up and spend the $3, since I'm pretty sure it's not more than that.
