Orange icons?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the icons seen on phones such as the Orange Rio 2, Orange Monte Carlo, Orange San Francisco, Orange Miami and Orange Sydney? They are also the icons that used to be on the Orange branded Blackberry Pearl. It would be really helpful if someone could try and find them for me
