Hi
I would like to use the map app in my 8530 however the only refrence i can find to maps is under options , advanced options ,maps then where it says default server
it says none and there is nothing else there.I updated it using the blackberry desktop pc app and under installed software maps are listed what gives?

Find a maps ota from BlackBerry.com you will download a small launcher icon from there and once you launch that  maps should start downloading.

Thanks for your reply i got a download link sent to my gmail to download the maps however when i tried to use it it whent to the blackberry map download site
but then it said incorrect browser and would not complete the action.what browser is the site looking for?

You cannot load BlackBerry Maps that way on modern devices.

If you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan and if BlackBerry Maps are not showing on your BlackBerry, then you need to load them with the BlackBerry Desktop Software. You will also have to download and install the device OS to your computer.
