You should provide some wallpapers, or a description of what you are talking about. I would think that the high majority of people would have to google what those things are. Even though you are on a thread for themes, you also have to consider your audience. Other things that are a must on your request are: OS, type of icons, hiddendock, zen, today, etc. in my opinion if you want to get someone to take your request. :-)

I had to edit this, based on this post, you can design themes yourself :-) so, just stick to cb rules when posting themes
