While I have liked the Curve I am switching to the Bold. And my sister is switching to a Nokia.
And T-Mobile has varying degrees of customer service. First store told us no upgrade available. Second store got us down to $385USD and told us to call customer care. First rep got us down to $283USD. Second rep got us down to full upgrade but we would have to upgrade our plan to a $30USD a month more plan. We were on hold to see about this when a fourth rep picked up and got us down to the Bold being $99USD, the Nokia being free, no plan upgrade, free shipping and a reduced data rate.
So the grand total came to just under $120USD with the same plan with reduced data rates. So, we lucked out big. Can't wait til I get my Bold.
