I love this theme! I'm always on the lookout for a great hidden dock theme...seven icons is perfect for the home screen! Took me a bit to figure out how to get to the weather icon (its set for my messages) but reading your post about the theme really helped me there!
One question, how do I get to the volume icon? I'm going to read the info on the theme again so if its there ignore my question. Thanks for the great themes Drew! You really are an excellent theme creator!

Thanks Drew! Didn't know what the profiles icon meant (still new to the bb world) but now I do!

After finding the Drew05d theme, loving it, and wishing there was a pink variation, I decided to check out the DReW11 in PINK. Love it!! It has just about everything I want. Moving around the screen and accessing all apps is quick.
If I could make any changes, I wish the calendar preview allowed more room in the subject line and had a smaller font like another theme I like, but maybe this is a limitation. Same with the messages preview. Would also be great if the wallpaper I use would carry through to the Applications screen. Again, perhaps this is a limitation?
All in all, if I were customizing a theme, this is what I would ask for. I will be using this one for a long time to come! Appreciate that this is a free theme, DReW! The best themes I've found have been the free ones, interestingly enough. Thank you! -

Thanx for the compliments.
As for your comments:
I always use this text on the Home Screen because it's designed by BB to have an outline which helps is to stick out on busy or light backgrounds that a user like yourself may use. It's not the coolest & I can't change it's size, but it is the most versatile which means more people can use it.
The background issue is the "Natural of the Beast". Once a theme is created, the user only has the ability to change the Home Screen. This is the way BB makes it.
I do customize my themes for donations if you're interested in getting your preferences into one of them. Feel Free to contact me at devils_kin @ hotmail.com.

Understandable. For that reason, I've always tried to stay away from using wallpapers that are too light.
I have used at least one theme where the background changes on the Applications screen in addition to the Home Screen. I can get it to do this by switching from that theme ("Precision Today 3.2" by Yosaki for OS 4.6) to another and back. The Applications background will be whatever wallpaper was set on the theme I switched to before going back to "Precision Today 3.2."
Great, thank you -- you may hear from me!

Yes, you've found a fault in the design differences when appling a theme created for 4.6 on a 5.0 OS. The fact that you have to bounce themes back and forth to get what you're asking for should help enforce the fact that it's a "bug", not a "feature". And it's definitily not a global conspirancy of themers around the world to keep users from changing the Application Screen background. Even if it was, I guess I couldn't tell you.
