    You will get the actual unlock code emailed to you, if that's what you're asking. Be careful when entering it and if it doesn't work once, try once again and no more. You only get a total of ten tries at unlocking your phone.

    Which carrier are you trying to use this phone on? If you're in Canada, this phone even when unlocked won't work on Telus/Koodo, Bell/Virgin Mobile, or WIND. It's too old for these carriers' older networks.
