Windows OTA
This theme looks like you are look at the computer with 12 customable icons on the home screen

Windows Icons OTA
This one has 11 customable icons as well and the windows logo is the "Applications" shortcut.

Windows Bottom Dock OTA
This one has 11 customable icons as well and same as the Windows Icon theme, the windows logo is "Applications" shortcut.
