I have 21.9mb free memory and yes my battery has been pulled and I have no other programs running except the ones you can't close.

I like the Zen theme the best because I can see my background picture the best and I don't really use more than the first 5 icons regularly anyhow...

...but it is so damn slow it's unreal. The other themes are ok (although frankly this BB is pretty darn slow compared to a lot of phones) but when using the Zen theme it takes twice as long to open a program and even changing the phone ringer settings often brings up the hourglass just to change from "normal" to "vibrate".
