I may have found it:

Its a Vietnam website called Newday so use Google Chrome to open it. I would post a link, but still a newbie. The theme is currently a demo and will be available soon. Seems to be available for the 83, 87 and 88. see below.

Here is a link with the download link (I think it is the same theme?). They are rar files, but can be opend in winzip.
