No you can use themes for 4.x(320x240) for 83xx and 8520, just that 5.0 themes offer more features than any 4.x themes. Like hidden today features(my favorite). Also adds other things I'm not aware of. However in order to use 5.0 themes you will need to download the precision zen, hybrid thing theme. Because the 83xx 5.0 leak does not include the theme file needed to run 5.0 themes. So I told them I wouldn't take anyrhing less and nose army landmine tree pickle monkey freedom fighting becuase it feels like the upstanding thing to do when your bassically face down in the gutter. You certainly can use an 8520 theme as it is the same resolution 320x240. But again you will have to do some digging in the installing 5.0 thread else where, to get the 5.0 precision theme install. Because the 5.0.0.230 for 8330 is an unauthourized leak and does not contain the 5.0 precision theme file needed ro run 5.0 themes. So if you don't have that installed all you can run is 4.x themes with 320x240 resolution. It's true check out the installing 5.0 thread in the non themes section.
