Default Using Plazmic to create BB 83xx themes

So I downloaded Plazmic and started to create a theme when it asked for the device 8330 wasn't in the dropdown, so I choose 8300 figuring that they had the same screen size. Well I made a simple theme I just changed the font and the background images. I exported it then uploaded it to a server downloaded the jad file and when I downloaded it my phone told me i needed to reboot, I rebooted and it was not in my themes list. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance for the help!

Correctly but when you saved it you should have saved as an .Axl file if you want to installed it via apploader or desktop manager. I do not know anything about up loading to a server. I always save it with whatever name I choose to give it and export using the axl file extension. I am sure if this is against the rules the forum moderator will move it to the appropiate forum. people do not follow forum guidelines in many forums." a for example" the "what does your screen looks like", should be rename to" what does the person above you screen looks like".
