The themes fully uploaded under my application and it is in my phone, but it is not in my Themes. Only the 5 that originally came with the phone shows. Must the phone be unlocked for my themes to be used?

are you sure that you are downloading a theme that us compatible with your device and OS??

yes i'm sure. all my OS is 4.5 and i'm making sure that the theme is designed for the 8320. it's under my application when i turn on the phone. it just isn't in my themes :S

And are you trying to download it OTA or through Desktop manager. If you are downloading it OTA it needs to be a .JAD file and if you are downloading it through DM then an ALX file.

And if you have deleted any of the stock themes that came with the phone it could disable the theme you are trying to use.

Well since you have the stock themes I suspect that is not the issue.... Is it on the desktop (PC) or OTA?

I'm using DM and i've used the ALX files. Maybe the files just don't fit right. Can anyone send me a link to any good 8320 themes? I've tried a bunch and i'm trying to look for a Bold or Storm Theme.

Even with all the help, none of the themes are still working. I've even tried sending it though myemail and downloading the JAD files from my phone. but it's just not working. it keeps saying "download fail"

Couldn't hurt. So you can see the themes under Options > Advanced Options > Applications but not under Options > Themes?

Go to your browser and then options, browser config and make sure EMULATION is on BLACKBERRY!

OTA wont work if not.....(though DM is not working so I dont think its that) but.......then copy the ota link (rt click) and then paste the copy you just did and mail it from home to your BB email and then just download - see what that does
