    How exactly are you trying to download the .jad files? You're supposed to download them with your BB browser OTA.

    Heres a link to the 83XX theme forums. I found one cornhuskers theme but link was broken.

    BlackBerry - Development Tools & Downloads
    this is fairly easy to use or can be pretty complex if you go into composer
    but its not to hard to whip out a simple theme
