Ok, so I found a really cool animated Philly Eagles theme but when installed, the BB slows significantly. Even with nothing installed and just Poynt, its still is only at like 48mb.

Where'd you get the Theme? Is it a bPlay theme. I have a couple of themes from bPlay and the bring my curve to it's knees. Not to mention they are memory hogs.
Have you tried to reboot since you installed the theme
I've done multiple hard and soft resets on the BB. It usually only frees up from like 48 to 50. I know that it's ok to have like 50 free, but I wanted more so I can put some games back on it.

It's not a Bplay theme. It was off pimpmyberry. I figured that since it's an animated theme which is why it's taking off so much memory.
