i tried deleting the zen theme and i ended up deleting all my themes (I HAD OS 4.5.) NOW MY THEME IS THE OLD THEME WHICH IS BLACK AND WHITE AND BASIC ICONS. I GO TO SETTINGS THEN THEMES AND MY L THEME AND ICON THEM ARE THERE BUT IT WONT LET ME SET THEM AS MY BACKROUND...HELP I MESSED UP MY BB ICONS !!!

Pay particular attention to the part about themes.

While it's about removing things from your BB, doing the reverse will add things. I got a little to fancy and deleted the basic theme that's needed for all themes. Check to see that you have these lines in the appropriate folder on your PC:
net_rim_theme_100_320x240_b.COD
net_rim_theme_bbdimension_zen_320x240_b.COD

Now try hooking your BB up to your PC, start DM and run apploader. Hopefully it will see that the theme information is missing and will reinstall it.
