Request: Hidden Dock with Weather Slot in corner

Could someone PLEASE make me a clean plain theme that is wallpaper friendly on all screens with a home screen with 6-8 customable icons that either slide on the bottom or the side that are hidden with a weather slot showing in the upper right corner? I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!

OMG!!!!! This theme could not be anymore PERFECT!!!!! I absolutely love EVERYTHING about it!!!! Thanks so much SeaShell!!!! I make themes of my own and have no darn clue still how to make a hidden dock svg...and it stinks!

I have tried numerous of times to do the svg and I just do not understand the Tutorial. :-( If anyone out there is willing to share there hidden dock svg I would greatly appreciate it.
