I bought the palm pre like theme a while ago and it completely hosed my phone so I couldn't use it. Sent messages to the developer, but never heard back. I am on 5.0 now so I can't use it anyway. Of course it could have just been my phone but who knows since the developer didn't respond. Just wanted to share my experience.
