Just look in the Curve Themes section. In the topics there should be an OTA link for the theme. It would take a lot of effort to make one topic with alll of the themes.

it would be one jumbled mess.
first of all, all of the devolpers would have to agree to it.
someone would have to be in charge of it.
it would have to be updated hourly.
the actual theme developer wouldnt get the feedback they need.
theme developers wont get the individual praise they deserve.

probably not the best idea..
