honestly, it's crap. probably the worst theme creator i've used for any phone, ever. extremely limited so that RIM partners can have the upper hand and release themes that the average joe cant make.

bPlay is one example of a dev able to make themes not doable on plazmic.

It gets the job done, but it could be better. I wish there was a better platform, but this has to do for now.
