And the icons you've asked i just simply canvas size them to 53x48 pixels. This will not pixelate your icon but keep the quality !

Hi,
1. I will make an icon dimension theme like 87 or 83xx icon theme.
Icon will be at 53x48 dimension.
Here are the trick: before u export an icon theme. Go to Windows-Run and Type %Temp%.
Then set permission to Deny: Delete Temp folder.
If you do this thing right! You will get a temp folder of your icon theme you 've just export. Go to this folder and get all the NEEDED renamed icon!
That is it.

Wonderful theme. I wonder if the OP is still active? The task icon is not themed. And it would be nice if the menu font can be sized a tad smaller.
